Dual Purpose Fire Service Technician
Combat Fire Limited are an NSI Gold Company and an award winning provider of quality fire protection equipment and services throughout the UK.  Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a qualified Dual Purpose Fire Service Technician to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Arrange daily and monthly scheduled service workload
  • Carry out the servicing of: Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting & Fire Extinguishers to the relevant legislative and Company’s qualitative standards
  • Deliver and install fire safety equipment
  • Make recommendations for any additional fire protection equipment as required
  • Offer the full range of Combat Fire services to our customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service and operate to current relevant legislative and Company’s qualitative standards
  • Complete callouts in a timely manner
  • Using own initiative to manage on-site customer enquiries
  • Complete all appropriate documentation and records in a timely fashion to the required standards
  • Carry out on-site surveys and producing survey reports

What we are looking for:

  • BAFE/FETA Certification
  • Field based industry experience
  • Service and sales experience
  • Someone who can work both individually and within a team
  • Full UK driving licence
