Fire Alarm Service Technician 
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently looking for a qualified Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Arrange monthly scheduled service workload
  • Service fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, fault finding and small systems installation works to the current BS
  • Attend callouts and complete in a timely manner
  • Make recommendations for any additional fire protection equipment as required
  • Offer the full range of Combat Fire services to our customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service and operate to current relevant legislative and Company’s qualitative standards
  • Use own initiative to manage on-site customer enquiries
  • Complete all appropriate documentation and records in a timely fashion to the required standards
  • Carry out on-site surveys and produce survey reports 

What we are looking for:

  • Field based engineer with industry experience.
  • Service and sales experience
  • Someone who can work both individually and within a team
  • Full UK driving licence
