Fire Warden Training
All employers have a legal responsibility to ensure that their employees receive adequate and appropriate training to keep themselves and others safe from fire. Where employees would be expected to use first aid or fire fighting equipment the employer must ensure that the employees have the necessary skills to carry this out safely and effectively.
This course is delivered by a professional trainer with recognised professional qualifications. By placing employees on this course the employer can demonstrate full compliance with their legal obligations.
The course duration runs for around 90 minutes. Candidates will not just be involved in a theory section but also practical “hands on” fire training will be carried out. On completion of this section the candidate will know the correct type of fire extinguisher for the risk involved and also how to handle and operate the equipment.
